We’ve been attending the Animal Rehabilitation Clinic since 2017, and in that time, Rhona has treated five of our dogs—each with their own unique needs, ranging from sporting injuries to complex medical conditions. Her care, expertise, and unwavering dedication have been nothing short of exceptional.

Two of our dogs required more intensive support, and Rhona’s work with Ben stands out as truly extraordinary. Ben was a medical case with a prognosis that gave him limited time, but thanks to Rhona’s relentless commitment, professional insight, and her drive to give him the best possible life, he defied all expectations and outlived every professional opinion living to the grand old age of 12. Rhona went above and beyond, undertaking CPD for herself and her team to explore new treatments, including trialing a new orthosis, among many other innovative approaches. Her compassion and determination gave Ben a quality of life we never thought possible.

Ace, our agility dog, has been competing for over seven years. After suffering an unexpected injury due to a collision with a piece of equipment, Rhona worked intensively with us to rehabilitate him back to full fitness. Thanks to her expert care, Ace—now nine years old—is still competing at the highest level and making championship finals.
Rhona is compassionate, trustworthy, and truly goes above and beyond. She cares deeply about the dogs she treats, both physically and mentally. Despite it being a three-hour round trip for us, we visit every month to keep our dogs in peak condition—and we wouldn’t trust anyone else.
