Fran began her journey with Donaldsons in 2017 as a volunteer, quickly progressing to an auxiliary nurse. Her passion for animal care led her to pursue qualifications as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. Since qualifying, she has divided her time between nursing duties at Birchencliffe and working at ARC.

Fran’s interest in rehabilitation was sparked when her own dog, Honey, received treatment at ARC following surgery. This personal experience deepened her commitment to helping pets recover and regain their quality of life. She finds great satisfaction in watching patients progress and seeing owners enjoy their pets returning to normal activities.
